General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and 888fv ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the 888fv website located at 888fv.club and any associated mobile applications, games, services, or promotional content made available by 888fv (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the 888fv Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you fully understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. These Terms are written in English and the English version shall be the authoritative version in all circumstances.

1.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 888fv Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure will be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised rules.

1.2 Amendments to Terms

888fv reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Where material changes are made, 888fv will endeavour to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication on the website. Your continued use of the Platform after any such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.3 Language and Interpretation

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between translated versions of these Terms and the English original, the English version shall prevail in all cases. Headings used throughout these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

1.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.

Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by 888fv — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account. Registration is open to individuals who meet all eligibility criteria set out in these Terms.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active 888fv account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal minimum age for online gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 888fv or any of its affiliated companies, suppliers, or technology partners.
• Not have a previously self-excluded account or a currently suspended account with 888fv.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is strictly permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the 888fv Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

888fv operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any point during your account lifecycle, including — but not limited to — prior to your first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or government-issued photo ID. 888fv reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documentation has been provided and verified.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your account. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 888fv support immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

888fv facilitates deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via a range of locally supported payment methods. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the conditions set out in this section.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

888fv currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• International Card Payments: Visa, Mastercard
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank (subject to availability)

888fv reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to payment method availability through in-platform announcements.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification status. As a general guide:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: ৳500,000 (subject to payment provider limits)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳200,000 (higher limits may be available for verified VIP accounts)

888fv reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time and may impose individual account-level limits based on verification status, account history, or risk assessment.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

888fv aims to process the majority of withdrawal requests within 15–30 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. Withdrawals may be subject to a security review period, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of regular processing hours may experience short delays, though our cashier team operates 24 hours a day.

3.4 Own-Account Policy

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Accepting deposits from third-party accounts is strictly prohibited. Similarly, withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that is registered in the same name as your verified 888fv account. This policy exists to protect players and to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

3.5 Currency

All account balances on the 888fv Platform are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where deposits are made in an alternative currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 888fv accepts no liability for currency fluctuations.

3.6 Transaction Fees

888fv does not charge platform-side fees on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Third-party payment providers may apply their own service charges, which are outside 888fv's control. For international card payments, the issuing bank or card network may apply foreign transaction fees. Players are encouraged to confirm applicable fees with their payment provider prior to transacting.

Bonus & Promotions

888fv periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the conditions in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general bonus terms.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses awarded by 888fv are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum amount of real-money wagering that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated for each bonus at the point of offer. Players are strongly encouraged to read and understand these requirements before claiming any bonus.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms, 888fv bonuses are available to:

• Fully registered and verified account holders
• Players who have not previously had an account closed for breach of these Terms
• Players who are not currently subject to self-exclusion or account restrictions
• Players accessing the Platform from a permitted jurisdiction

888fv reserves the right to restrict eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion and to decline, withhold, or reclaim bonus funds where abuse or misuse is suspected.

4.3 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion — is a serious breach of these Terms. Where 888fv identifies or reasonably suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds and winnings, suspend or close the relevant account(s), and pursue recovery of any funds that have already been withdrawn.

4.4 Expiry of Bonuses

Bonus funds that are not claimed within the promotional window, or that are claimed but whose wagering requirements are not completed within the specified validity period, will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. The validity period for each bonus is clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.

User Obligations

By using the 888fv Platform, you accept and agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. These obligations exist to protect you, other players, and the integrity of the Platform.

5.1 Lawful Use

You must use the 888fv Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 888fv is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction.

5.2 Personal Use Only

Your 888fv account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to use your account, and you must not use any other person's account. Wagering on behalf of a third party, operating an account as an agent, or facilitating any form of syndicated gambling through a single account is strictly prohibited.

5.3 Accurate Information

You must keep all information held in your account profile accurate and up to date. If any of your registration details change — including your contact email, phone number, or residential address — you must update your account information promptly or contact support to assist with the update.

5.4 Responsible Gambling

You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that it is possible to lose money on the 888fv Platform. You agree to engage in gambling only as a form of entertainment, within your personal financial means, and in a manner that does not negatively affect your financial position, relationships, or wellbeing. You are encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings, including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion. 5.5 Device and Access Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that the device and internet connection you use to access 888fv are secure. 888fv accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of an unsecured or compromised device, network, or browser environment when accessing the Platform.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 888fv Platform:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Platform in a manner not intended for human players
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or feature of the Platform — any such exploit must be reported to support immediately
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or fraud
• Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any financial crime
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documentation at any stage of the KYC process
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name
• Accessing or attempting to access any part of the Platform's back-end systems, databases, or administrative interfaces
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards any member of the 888fv support team or any other player
• Publishing or distributing any content via the Platform that is defamatory, obscene, illegal, or harmful to third parties

888fv reserves the right to investigate any account or transaction it reasonably suspects of prohibited conduct. During the course of such investigation, the affected account and any associated balances may be temporarily frozen pending the outcome. Decisions made following such investigations are final.

Age Restriction

888fv is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, or place any wager on 888fv. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies regardless of the laws of your specific jurisdiction.

7.1 Age Verification

888fv employs age verification checks as part of its KYC process. All players may be required to provide documentary proof of age before being permitted to withdraw funds or at any other point during their account lifecycle. Acceptable age verification documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or government-issued driving licence bearing a date of birth.

7.2 Underage Registration

If 888fv determines — at any point — that a registered account belongs to an individual under the age of 18, the following actions will be taken immediately:

• The account will be permanently closed without notice.
• All funds deposited by the underage individual will be returned to the original payment source, net of any winnings generated (which will be forfeited).
• All bonuses associated with the account will be voided.
• The matter may be escalated to relevant child protection or regulatory authorities depending on the circumstances.

7.3 Parental Controls

888fv strongly encourages parents and guardians to take active steps to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. Consider using parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites on shared devices.

Account Closure

Either party — the Player or 888fv — may initiate closure of a registered account, subject to the conditions in this section.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your 888fv account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure is completed, any remaining balance in your account (less any pending bonus requirements) will be processed as a withdrawal to your verified payment method. Account closures requested for responsible gaming reasons — including where gambling is causing you harm — will be treated as a priority and processed without delay. 8.2 Company-Initiated Closure

888fv reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Underage gambling — confirmed or strongly suspected
• At 888fv's discretion for any other reason in accordance with its responsible gaming or business obligations

Where an account is closed by 888fv due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in part or in full, depending on the nature of the breach. Where closure is initiated for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, the account balance will be returned to the verified payment method.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to applying a dormancy fee, 888fv will attempt to contact the registered email address to notify the player. Dormancy fees, where applied, are capped at the prevailing account balance — no negative balance will result from dormancy charges. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to keep their accounts active.

8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your 888fv account — whether initiated by you or by 888fv — your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any open bets will be settled according to their natural outcome where possible, or voided at 888fv's discretion in cases of account misconduct. These Terms & Conditions shall continue to apply to any rights and obligations that arose prior to account closure.
